bantamweight: 60-69
Spr. bantamweight: 70-79
featherweight: 80-124

- While in the military we did "War Runs" a 2-21/2 hour run. It prooved how strong the body really is. You could introduce yourself to distant places while on long run-walk trips. There were many times who I knew made the big differance. Good for endurance! 'N' Good Luck!

- I got your message thanks for thinking of me! Urijah Faber fights soon I wonder how he will do. Think of this one "Paddle wheel, up the river". It's when you want to drive right straight through the opponent. raising each arm alternatly to eye level. like a churning machine. good for back hand upper cuts and nocking one off ballence when on their heels or putting them there. I have taken a few more blows this way though many times the out come is good.

- Hi Garrett, It is me Thomas! Hope this finds you WELL! The first thing that came to mind is the fact that you have two R's and T's in your name. The double punch came to mind. How fast can you give the second punch with the same hand? The second a half stroke with more back muscle in it. I won most my knock outs by "Getting the POP" a full extended punch. When you feel your Achillies tendon ache a little. You know when you hear and feel it! Straight up the middle (: HA! Good Luck "The Nightmare" and Kiss Her once for me!
